No-data refunds

If a VIN returns no meaningful data — for example a pre-1981 vehicle or an unsupported market — we automatically refund that report to your account balance for reuse.

Digital consumer rights

By instantly unlocking a report you consent to immediate performance of a digital service and waive the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for that specific report.

Bundles

Unused reports from a bundle are refundable pro-rata within 14 days of purchase if no reports have been consumed.
